| I don't know why William is encountering all these problems...
I've purchased their latest Chat Blazer Enterprise 6 and we have
100+ users in the room. There was no server crash. Among
all of the other chat clients, Chat Blazer Enteprise clients
are the more stable ones.... IMHO. |

| I also forgot to mention the fact that we have discontinued the private chat windows, the sounds, and the emoticons because they would freeze up our guests a lot quicker. The chat screen splits and you can't read it unless you scroll to match the text up. Supposed to have unlimited rooms and unlimited users, but we can not run more than one room without getting serious slow down. I know it isn't because of our visitors computer either because I have 1.3 ghz processor, 256RAM and cable connections and I have the same problem. |

| ChatBlazer is a good software if you don't expect to have more than 10 or 12 people in the chat at a time and hope your visitors do not use any of the newer browsers. Which you are promised unlimmited users. The chat freezes up on our guests, they have to scroll the screen to read it and the "Clear" button only helps for a minute or two and you have to clear again and sometimes that doesn't help. We have ran the software for almost two years and his has never lived up to the billing. After repeated requests to have the software fixed and purchasing two upgrades (was given two others) it is still not working properly. Now they want us to purchase or rent the New ChatBlazer Enterprise edition because it supposedly has all the latest handling features of Java. There is no guarantee and you have to pay for future upgrades. Buyer beware!!!!!!! |
