| New and Improved version 1.3The Aves Tree Navigator is a great solution for navigating complex webpages. It allows links to be grouped, and presented as a browsable tree. The Aves Tree Navigator is intuitive and easy to use, and can improve the accessability of your homepage. The total size of the applet is only about 12k, inspite of all the features. Aves Tree Navigator is FREE for non-commercial use.The principle of the Tree Navigator is the same as in the Windows Explorer, and file browsers on other systems, but where nodes in the Explorer represents files, the nodes of the Navigator Tree represents links to web pages. If a user clicks the icon to the left of a node, the node opens, and reveals the next level of nodes. If the user clicks the text of the node, the browser is redirected to the chosen page (this page may actually be displayed in a different frame, allowing the Navigator Tree to stay visible). The features of the Tree Navigator includes: - Easy to configure and use - Infinite level of nesting in the tree. - Nodes with children may optionally be links themselves. - Fully custumizable icons. Individual links may be displayed using different icons. - Color, size, and spacing are custumizable - Microhelp enabled |
