| The new library Colt v1.1.0 is in a new url:
http://dsd.lbl.gov/~hoschek/colt/
The next step is to separate Colt from JAIDA.
We must specify Colt in the last place before the hep.aida, hep.aida.bin and hep.aida.ref.
