Resuming, active and passive mode, recognition of broken directory names, saving of connections, an "add to zip" option, a download manager and the ability to "connect" to the local filesystem and act as a filemanager are only some more features to list. You can also use the api that is separated in your own application. JFtp is Java Web Start compatible and can run in a browser, too.
