Classes / Database / Kodo Beta 2.1 Kodo Beta 2.1 is the first JDO implementation that supports Sun's Java Data Objects Specification 1.0, Proposed Final Draft. Kodo provides transparent persistence for Java objects to a relational datastore, eliminating the need to hand code SQL. Kodo supports the following relational databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Instant DB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Included with the download is InstantDB, an embedded Java database, making access to an existing database unnecessary for evaluation of Kodo.
