About Us
History of JFind
Recognizing the need for an unbiased source of Java product information, JFind was
launched in December 1999 by founder and Java programmer Van Glass. Since its launch JFind
has experienced great success in bringing together a community of Java users, developers
and enthusiasts alike.
Mission Statement
JFind's mission is to publish the largest and most comprehensive directory of
Java software titles and product reviews available. Relying entirely on user
submitted product comments, reviews, and voting data, JFind's primary focus is helping
consumers to easily locate and make more informed purchased decisions of Java software titles.
In addition to providing users with valuable product data, JFind is committed to
working closely with software publishers to successfully launch their products
into the Java marketplace. Through a range of both marketing and technical services
JFind will assist software publishers in aggregating consumer feedback and developing
programs to establish and foster consumer relationships.
